Product Maintenance And Precautions
1 Before installation, the surface of the vacuum interrupter should be wiped clean to make it a good electrical contact with the conductive components.
2 During installation, the screw-in depth of fastening bolts should be less than or equal to the thread depth marked on the product drawing, and the fastening should be done symmetrically and evenly.
3 When installing the fixed end of the vacuum interrupter, ensure that the bolts are aligned with the screw holes, and when tightening the bolts, the torque should not exceed the specified torque value.(See Schedule)
4 When installing the movable end, ensure that the bellows are not twisted, that is, the movable conductive rod can’t rotate relative to the bellows. When installing, first fix the milled flat part of the movable conductive rod with a wrench, and then screw in and fix the connecting parts to prevent the rotation of the movable conductive rod from damaging the bellows. The torque applied to the movable conductive rod shouldn’t exceed the specified torque value. (See Schedule)
5 Adjust the installation position of the conductive clip on the movable conductive rod, and tighten the fastening bolts.
6 For the installation of the vacuum interrupter, there should be a guiding device on the mechanism, ensure the coaxiality design of the movable conductive rod to the vacuum interrupter’s axis meets requirements, the bellows is free from torsion, and the movable conductive rod can move freely.
7 After installing the vacuum interrupter, carefully check the fastening of each bolt and nut, and wipe off the dirt on surface with clean cotton cloth, and then adjust the switch device. After a certain number of manual and no-load operations, make the mechanical performance stabilized and meet the parameter requirements in the technical conditions.
