The circuit breaker has a phase spacing of 180, a total pole height of 278, a box length of 530, and a box width of 140, with the total height of the entire unit being 445 mm. The static contact copper busbar measures 6010 mm, and the moving contact soft copper busbar is 508 mm. The static contact copper busbar is fixed at a distance of 28 mm, with a fixing hole size of 2*Φ10 mm. The moving contact soft copper busbar has a fixing hole size of Φ13 mm, and the grounding nut hole is M10.

The circuit breaker is fixed by auxiliary clamping plates on both sides, and four M10-30 fastening screws are selected for each side.

Figure ①shows the dimensions of the moving contact flexible copper busbar, which is typically configured with a 630A rating and features a thickness of 10mm and a width of 50mm. Special orders require specific instructions. Figure ②shows the dimensions of the stationary contact rigid copper busbar, which is generally 10mm thick and 60mm wide, meeting the basic requirements for a 1250A rating. The stationary contact copper busbar is fixed at a distance of 28mm, with two Φ10mm fixing holes. The moving contact flexible copper busbar uses a Φ13mm fixing hole. When fixing the copper busbar, it is important to consider the redundancy space for switch operations to ensure normal operation.

Note ⑤is the location map of the reliable grounding point of the equipment. It is generally recommended to use M10-30 specification screw for grounding bolt.

 

Packaging, transportation and storage

 

The outer box is a carton, and the inner protection is polystyrene foam. There are no special requirements for transportation.

 

Storage

 

(1) Should be stored in a dry, dust-free and well-ventilated place.

(2) When stored, the circuit breaker should be in the open state.

(3) Every time the storage time exceeds half a year, the drive module needs to be powered on once and connected to the circuit breaker for switching operation.

 

Maintenance and maintenance

 

During the life period, maintenance is free and no adjustment is required for the mechanical parts. Dust removal should be done during maintenance.
