Air tight insulation system: The vacuum circuit breaker consists of an air tight insulation shell made of glass or ceramic, a moving end cover plate, a fixed end cover plate, and a stainless steel corrugated tube. Stainless steel bellows can isolate the vacuum state inside the vacuum extinguishing chamber from the external atmospheric state, while allowing the moving contacts and conductive rods to move within a specified range, completing the switching operation of the switch.

Conductive system: The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is composed of a fixed conductive rod, a fixed running arc surface, a fixed contact, a moving contact, a moving running arc surface, and a moving conductive rod. These components together form a conductive system that ensures stable transmission of current during the switching process.

Shielding system: The shielding system is mainly composed of a shielding cylinder and a shielding cover. Its function is to prevent the contact from generating metal vapor and liquid droplets during the arc ignition process, which can contaminate the inner wall of the insulation shell and maintain insulation strength.

Contact system: The contact is a key component of vacuum circuit breakers, usually made of copper chromium alloy material, which has good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The contact structure has a significant impact on the arc extinguishing effect, and common structures include spiral groove type, cup-shaped structure with oblique groove, and cup-shaped structure with longitudinal magnetic field.

Operating mechanism: Vacuum circuit breakers usually use electric energy storage spring operating mechanisms, which have functions such as electric closing, electric breaking, manual energy storage, manual closing, manual breaking, and overcurrent automatic tripping and breaking.
